Agent Plugins 1.0 support

  • Add the new agentkit-plugins information-first parser and validator.
  • Discover exact skills/*/SKILL.md assets with spec-compliant failure isolation and filesystem containment.
  • Parse portable stdio, Streamable HTTP, and SSE declarations from mcp.json without launching servers or choosing PLUGIN_DATA.
  • Add SkillRegistry::from_skill_dirs for composing pre-discovered skill directories without recursive scanning.
  • Add the independent agentkit plugins feature and integration documentation.
