Baseten provider support

  • Add agentkit-provider-baseten for Baseten’s OpenAI-compatible Model APIs.
  • Support streaming, tool calls, sampling controls, and bearer authentication.
  • Support dedicated Baseten deployments through configurable chat-completions endpoint URLs.
  • Add the agentkit provider-baseten feature and re-exports.
  • Update provider, feature-flag, architecture, and book documentation.
