What's New

  • Lenient domain input: Domain validation now accepts full URLs and extracts the domain portion. Protocols (http://, https://, etc.), paths, and port numbers are automatically stripped.
  • Direct links after add/import: After successful add or import operations, a direct link to the NextDNS web interface is displayed for quick access.

Examples

# These all work now:
nextdnsctl denylist add myprofile "https://example.com/path"
nextdnsctl denylist add myprofile "example.com:8080"

# After import, you'll see:
# View at: https://my.nextdns.io/abc123/denylist
