PR #2221 by jamesf-coder and ksylvan: feat: add OpenCode Zen and Go vendors with session routing

Added OpenCode Zen and OpenCode Go vendors with support for session routing.
Simplified session ID handling by replacing UUID generation with crypto/rand.Text and dropping the UUID dependency.
Preserved existing session IDs and gave preference to named sessions.
Standardized the User-Agent value for both OpenCode providers to fabric.
Removed the version detection utilities and their associated tests.
