PR #2249 by ksylvan: fix: respect user subtitle language arguments in yt-dlp

  • Fixed yt-dlp handling so user-specified subtitle language arguments are respected.
  • Skipped built-in language filters whenever users supply their own subtitle languages.
  • Preserved user arguments when retrying downloads without the built-in language filters.
  • Added tests covering language defaults, user overrides, and empty language selections.
