PR #2141 by putramkti and ksylvan: fix: handle carriage return input in interactive setup prompts

  • Fixed interactive setup hanging when terminals (such as kitty on macOS) send a bare carriage return instead of a newline; prompts now accept Enter reliably.
  • Added a readLine helper that terminates on either \r or \n, strips the \n from \r\n pairs, and shares a single bufio.Reader so buffered input is not lost between questions.
  • Simplified plugin input handling by removing redundant newline trimming from setup question answers.
  • Removed mutex locking from the shared standard input reader initialization.
  • Consolidated line-ending tests into table-driven LF, CRLF, and CR cases, replacing the standalone carriage-return and scripted setup question tests.
