  • Centralized Claude sampling parameter logic so it is shared across the Anthropic and Vertex AI integrations.
  • Preserved per-model restrictions and the mutually exclusive handling of sampling parameters.
  • Moved sampling tests into the shared Anthropic package for consistent coverage.
  • Added the corresponding changelog entry for this change.
