PR #2287 by pcbeingused333: fix(fsdb): make existing session and context folders and files private

  • Fixed session and context storage permissions so that configuration now strips group and other permission bits from the sessions and contexts folders, as well as the files within them.
  • Addressed a privacy issue in which histories saved by earlier versions with 0755 and 0644 modes remained readable by other users, since Save preserves the mode of an existing file.
  • Ensured permissions are never widened and that symlinks are left untouched during the update.
