fix: widen layout container for /bypasses page

The base layout pinned every route to max-w-sm (384px), which is fine for
the login-form pages it was designed around but squeezes the bypasses
table into a barely-usable sliver on desktop and worse on mobile. Allow
specific routes to opt into a wider, max-w-6xl container.
