Pre-Release v0.1

Python/PyQt6-based GUI app for annotating crystal images from Rigaku Synergy-ED instruments with scalebars and approximate aperture sizes.

Main functions

  • Reading of image files (mainly intended for .tif) from Rigaku Synergy-ED instruments (16bit and 32bit)
  • Adjusting contrast/brightness including automatic adjustment
  • Adjusting pixelsizes: per image or loading from a "preset file"
  • Adding scalebar to image: option between nanometre and micrometre
  • Adding aperture overlay with default aperture sizes (nominal 300, 200, 100, 50 um)
