TAMIAS v1.0

This is the first regular release of TAMIAS (formerly SynergyED-img_annotate).
The release comes with usability and architecture updates over v0.2, focused on better annotation workflows, modular GUI structure, persistent user settings, improved branding, and release readiness.

Highlights

  • Added light/dark/auto theming support.
  • Introduced advanced interactive annotation and measurement controls:
    • Move scalebar box directly on the image
    • Move measurement lines and labels
    • Per-measurement style editing with table-based controls
  • Added image cropping capability
    • Integrated into regular workflow
    • Top/bottom crop dialog (common Synergy-ED unused pixels)
    • Batch crop integration for top/bottom cropping
    • Area to crop also selectable manually
  • Added persistent app data storage under %APPDATA%/TAMIAS (Windows):
    • settings.json for UI and annotation defaults
    • presets.json for calibration presets and crop defaults
  • Added preset file portability:
    • Load presets from external JSON
    • Save presets to external JSON
    • Manage Presets dialog now supports file-based load/edit/save/save-as
