Get your LinkedIn connections file (2 minutes to request, arrives by email in about 10):
- LinkedIn > Settings & Privacy > Data Privacy > Get a copy of your data
- Tick Connections only, click Request archive
- Download the file from the email into your Downloads folder
Then type /warm-25. Claude finds the file, asks what you sell, and builds everything.
Cold connection notes get replies from roughly 2 people in 100. People who already know you reply at 20 to 30 in 100. So 25 orders is not "message 2,000 strangers." It is 5 warm messages a day, 20 workdays, 100 real conversations. The dashboard number is pipeline, not promised revenue. The loop is what turns it into orders.
