chrome/m151 — portable Linux x64 (glibc 2.34)

Immutable re-cut of the chrome/m151 linux-x64 Skia+Dawn slice, built in an Ubuntu 22.04 container so libskia.a/libdawn_combined.a carry a glibc 2.34 floor (loadable on Ubuntu 22.04+, Debian 12+, RHEL/Rocky 9+, Fedora 35+). Identical Skia revision + clang 20.1.0 as chrome/m151; only the glibc base differs. Pinned by Pulp; this tag never gets its assets replaced (unlike the mutable chrome/m151).

chrome/m151 (macOS deployment target = 13.0)

macOS deployment-target fix for the chrome/m151 Skia + Dawn build.

Same Skia revision as chrome/m151, rebuilt so the macOS slices target a
fixed deployment target (macOS 13.0, tracking Chromium's mac_deployment_target)
instead of inheriting the CI runner's OS. Both libskia.a and libdawn_combined.a
now stamp minos 13.0 (previously Dawn leaked 15.0 from the macos-15 runner).

Only the macOS slices differ from chrome/m151; all other platforms are unchanged
and remain on the chrome/m151 release. Built from danielraffel/skia-builder run 28914006613.

Skia+Dawn m150 — portable Linux (glibc 2.34)

Portable Linux Skia+Dawn (chrome/m150) built in an Ubuntu 22.04 container: libskia.a + libdawn_combined.a with a glibc 2.34 floor (--whole-archive link-probe), loadable on RHEL/Rocky 9+, Ubuntu 22.04+, Debian 12+, Fedora 35+. Supersedes the linux-x64 asset in chrome/m150 (built on ubuntu-latest, glibc 2.39). x64 GPU release; arm64 to follow.
