This is the 1.0 release. The focus is internal consistency — unified UX across all three tools in both TUI and web, and a cleaner shared codebase underneath.

unum diff --ui — Semantic diff view

The diff TUI gains a dedicated semantic diff view for structured formats (JSON, YAML, Terraform). Rather than raw unified hunks, the tree is rendered as a navigable node structure showing what changed at each path — consistent with how the json TUI presents its tree.

unum json --ui — Tree collapse

The JSON TUI navigator now supports collapsing and expanding nodes in the tree. Large documents become much easier to navigate: collapse noisy subtrees and focus on what you care about.

unum hash — TUI and web output alignment

The hash tool's TUI and web output have been brought into full visual and behavioural parity with diff and json. Layout, spacing, status bar, keyboard hints, and dark/light mode rendering now behave identically across all three tools.

All web UIs — Unified UI

The three web renderers (json --web, diff --web, hash --web) have been unified into a consistent interface. Common elements — toolbar, dark/light toggle, layout structure, error states — now share the same implementation rather than three separate diverging copies.

Internal — Shared packages

Two significant refactors underpin this release:

Consolidated TUI panel packages (fb82f62) — Per-tool panel implementations have been merged into shared panel and statusbar packages. The duplicated statusbar code that caused the alignment bugs in earlier releases (fixed in v0.11.0) now lives in one place. All three TUI renderers build on the same foundation.

Shared internal packages (cf10bff) — Common logic scattered across internal/json, internal/diff, and internal/hash has been extracted into dedicated shared packages. This reduces duplication and gives future tools a stable base to build on.
