What's Changed

Refactored

  • AI function layer compliance: ai/functions/class.rs and ai/functions/concept.rs now go exclusively through OWL layer methods — no direct EAVTO access
  • OWL class helpers: added Class::find_all_iris, Class::get_subclass_iris, Class::set_label/icon/comment/super_class, and Class::retract_all
  • OWL module helpers: added get_all_iri_properties and replace_all_property_iris to owl/mod.rs
  • chat.rs split: decomposed 1 357-line file into five focused sub-modules (all under 750 lines)
  • Magic number constants: replaced bare numeric literals in providers.rs with named constants
  • Test icon fixtures: test suite no longer requires a seeded database to pass
