Mnemion v0.6.0

  • Adopt @posthog/coherence 1.7.1 with Claude and Codex hooks, GitHub CI enforcement, and recorded project invariants.
  • Harden owner and MCP boundaries, including credential checks, upload receipt handling, request body limits, inert served content, and SQL identifier quoting.
  • Configure the test Worker with its own Vectorize index and fail-closed behavior when its secret is absent.
  • Update release verification: full test suite, typecheck, dependency audit, Coherence spec and enforcement checks, boundary mutation ratchet, and Cloudflare build.

Merged through #25. Cloudflare Builds deploys the main branch to production.
