The v0.1.2 DMG uses a sealed ad-hoc signature so macOS does not reject the downloaded app bundle as damaged.

What is new in v0.1.2

  • The archived app is sealed with an ad-hoc signature before the DMG is created.
  • The release includes a SHA-256 checksum for the DMG.

Before you install

  • Release builds are not signed with an Apple Developer ID certificate or notarized.
  • macOS may require confirmation the first time you open a downloaded build.
  • Open the DMG and drag Hideout.app to /Applications.

Requires macOS 27 or later.
