@formepdf/templates — new shared package

Built-in templates and schemas now live in a dedicated package instead of being duplicated across integrations. All five templates (invoice, receipt, report, letter, shipping label) with theme and logo support.

Fixed: Cloudflare Workers crash

@formepdf/hono and @formepdf/next now detect edge runtimes by checking import.meta.url instead of process.versions.node. This fixes a TypeError crash when nodejs_compat is enabled in Workers.

Shipping label QR codes

The shipping label template now renders a real scannable <QrCode> for tracking instead of placeholder rectangles.
