[Enhancement]: Option to disable Code Interpreter in normal Chat

What features would you like to see added?

Code interpreter is now always present. We would like to being able to disable it if it's not enabled by our organisation.
I could not find an option in librechat.yml so far?

I initially expected this to be in the chat settings tab in the UI. Not sure why some things are in YAML and other things are in the UI.
