I have a recurring maintenance schedule to drain the oil catch can every 5000km. I do this myself at no cost .
Today I ticked the maintenance item, entered rather kms, I entered $0, and the default "create an expense item" was ticked. But when looking at the expenses for the vehicle it wasn't listed.
I though maybe this might’ve because the cost was $0 so I created a manual expense entry as $0 and it showed up in the expense list. So it appears that the maintenance schedule doesn't create the expense item.
