- Offline tests cover integration-policy normalization, parent and package
dependency preflight, import conflict handling, overwrite and skip behavior,
and delete guards.
- Scrubbed 16-exchange integration-policy fixtures pass through the production
decoders on Serverless 9.6.0, Elastic Cloud Hosted 9.5.2, and self-managed
9.5.1. Each run preserved the materialized System input map, updated without
sending the response-only enabled field, and finished with no marker-policy
residue.
