add AVI demo mode, minor improvements

idsreplay appliance now has avi demo mode which only runs pre-selected SID replays to demo AVI WAF (issue #9 )
idsreplay TCP timeout is now 5sec, so when NSX IPS drops packets next try will be after 5sec (issue #4 ) no more need to reboot appliance when switching back from "prevent" to "detect"
hard powered off appliance will cleanup old docker container after restart (issue #8 )
