The README was lagging behind the entrypoint.sh implementation
Additionally there were some arguments that were unparsed by
factorio_controller.py

This commit fixes both of those by updating the readme, and
factorio_controller.py.  Additionally, another test is added to
simple-scenario in order to show how local functions can be easily
tested.
