Add Java and Kotlin source support (v0.3.0)

Index .java and .kt files from workspace and dep-source JARs so that
symbols defined in Java/Kotlin dependencies are available for hover,
go-to-definition, workspace symbol search, and find-references.

- Add tree-sitter-java and tree-sitter-kotlin (git dep, rev 6032dfd)
- New src/parsing/java.rs and src/parsing/kotlin.rs with node-kind
  constants and doc-comment kind lists; kotlin.rs includes a custom
  node_name() that handles both type_identifier (classes/objects) and
  simple_identifier (functions/properties)
- New src/symbols/lang.rs: SourceLanguage enum dispatching per-language
  parser, symbol-kind mapping, name extraction, and doc-comment kinds
- extract_doc_comment() now accepts doc_comment_kinds parameter;
  strip_scaladoc() reused as-is for Javadoc and KDoc
- workspace_symbols() delegates to workspace_symbols_for_lang();
  find_identifiers() extended with simple_identifier for Kotlin
- scanner and deps updated to collect/extract .java and .kt files
- hover.rs: fix extract_doc_comment call site; add METHOD/CONSTRUCTOR
  labels; cross-file hover works for Java/Kotlin symbols via index
- backend.rs: get_file closure parses Java/Kotlin files on demand,
  enabling cross-language find-references
- 12 new tests: Java/Kotlin symbol extraction, Javadoc/KDoc parsing,
  workspace search, cross-language definition/hover/references
