**`templates/ai-dev/main.tf`:**
- Added `local.include_vibe_kanban` boolean to track selection
- Added conditional `coder_app "vibe_kanban"` resource with `count` based on selection — exposes the web UI at `http://localhost:5173` with healthcheck
- Added startup script step to launch `vibe-kanban` as a background process with `HOST=0.0.0.0 PORT=5173`

**`CLAUDE.md`:**
- Updated startup script ordering (now 9 steps) to include Vibe Kanban web UI startup
- Updated Optional Tools description to mention the web UI on port 5173

**`README.md`:**
- Updated optional tools line to note "(with web UI)"

The `coder_app` uses `count = local.include_vibe_kanban ? 1 : 0` so it only appears in the Coder dashboard when vibe-kanban is selected. The healthcheck has a higher threshold (12) since it needs time to start up after npm install.
