- **Startup script**: Changed `sudo -u coder bash -c 'HOST=0.0.0.0 PORT=5173 vibe-kanban'` to `sudo -u coder env PORT=5173 vibe-kanban` — cleaner env var passing through the npm wrapper's `execSync` to the Rust binary
- **Web UI app** (`coder_app.vibe_kanban`): URL changed to `http://127.0.0.1:5173` to match where the Rust binary actually binds (it defaults to `127.0.0.1`, not `0.0.0.0`)
- **New CLI app** (`coder_app.vibe_kanban_cli`): Terminal-based app using `command` that runs `vibe-kanban` interactively, using `/icon/terminal.svg` icon
- Both apps are conditional with `count = local.include_vibe_kanban ? 1 : 0`

**`CLAUDE.md`:**
- Updated optional tools description to mention both web UI and terminal CLI apps
- Added "Vibe Kanban Port" section documenting port 5173
- Added Task icon to the icon reference table

When vibe-kanban is selected, users will see two apps in their Coder dashboard:
1. **Vibe Kanban** — opens the web UI in the browser
2. **Vibe Kanban CLI** — opens an interactive terminal session
