The previous approaches (container command and startup_script) both suffered
from timing issues where code-server started before Docker completed mounting
nested volumes. Using coder_script with run_on_start ensures code-server runs
as a child of the agent, which starts after all mounts are ready.

This matches the pattern used by the official Coder code-server module.
