What changed
memory-bank-cli pushwith a dry-run plan, managed-only source selection, upstream-checkout preflight, fresh-branch push, GitHub PR creation, and failure diagnostics.Safety
The command never writes the upstream default branch. It excludes non-managed paths and reports them. A real upstream run remains an explicit live-validation gate.
