Closes #52

Summary

  • add the template-source marker used by automatic doctor profile detection
  • validate the template with pinned memory-bank-cli v1.0.0 release assets
  • update adoption, usage, ownership, and development documentation
  • remove the embedded Go CLI, compatibility documentation, and release workflow

Verification

  • memory-bank-cli lint
  • memory-bank-cli doctor
  • memory-bank-cli doctor --profile template
  • go run github.com/rhysd/actionlint/cmd/actionlint@v1.7.7 .github/workflows/ci.yml
  • git diff --check
  • checked that no Go module or legacy executable references remain
