test: add machine-readable output compatibility

• add CLI compatibility tests for sessions list/create/detect/cleanup JSON output
• cover live_status and stale candidate/cleanup JSON shapes consumed by skill wrappers
• assert current diagnostic stderr contract for registry schema errors
