Description

Remove SDK docs since they are migrated to main Dapr docs.
This is the Docs PR that imports the JS SDK Docs: dapr/docs#4950 (the main Docs PR needs to be merged before this PR)

Issue reference

We strive to have all PR being opened based on an issue, where the problem or feature have been discussed prior to implementation.
