correct application links and Mac setup without Homebrew
Security pages no longer become job applications. A blocked Himalayas page
could send the crawler to Cloudflare's footer link, which it then saved as the
application URL and job description. The crawler now rejects security challenges
before following links and requires evidence that an outbound link is an application.
This prevents new corrupted entries; existing saved URLs and descriptions are not
automatically repaired.
Caddy installs directly on Intel and Apple Silicon Macs. Setup downloads the
native binary from Caddy's official server into ~/.remote-ledger/bin, checks its
architecture and that it runs, and finds it again on later setup and proxy commands.
Homebrew is no longer required for this step. Node remains private to the app and
dropport installs through npm. Node selection's macOS-version compatibility is a
separate unresolved issue; this release does not change it.
This release also includes the recent Windows SearXNG installation fixes and
feedback for pasted local-model names. Existing installs can run their ledger
launcher with restart, or run the installer again, to receive the updated setup.

See INSTALL.md for setup instructions. Verify downloads against SHA256SUMS. macOS uses an ad-hoc signature, not Apple notarization; Windows is unsigned.
Validation
109 JavaScript tests, TypeScript checks, local Go tests with external linking, and an Intel Mac cross-build passed. Actual installation on Intel hardware has not been tested.
