• Mini Drones inherit cloak from parent.
• Increased Avenger Warthog damage (except vs buildings).

• GDI 3rd level strategy upgrades now apply automatically (instead of having to place them on Upgrade Center). They are now permanent, so you can't sell/lose Upgrade Center and swap to/from Supply Dropzone.
