Self-contained personality prompts

All four voice packs — GLaDOS, Wheatley, Overmind, and Gandalf — now bundle a personality.md file at the pack root. vox-machina personality install will prefer the pack's bundled prompt and fall back to the CLI's built-in only if none is shipped. Packs are now fully self-contained.

Notes

• All four voice pack zips are re-uploaded on this release so releases/latest/download/<voice>.zip resolves correctly for every pack.
