Minor fixes are included in this version such as ensuring the Drawing plugin geometry stays on top of other layers, removing the requirement for a "Page Item to Submit" from the Zoom plugin, and adding a tile size option to the WMS plugin. The situation where the page would break if the map region containing one of the Mapbits plugins was hidden is resolved. Also, if there are two Map Regions on the same page, they can now both have associated Drawing Control plugins.
