To launch it;

1. Open VSCode
2. Install "Live Preview" extension from publisher: "Microsoft"
3. Go into views\index.html
4. Right click anywhere in the html file and select "Go Live"
5. An local hosted website will be opened in your browser.

Done! You successfully launched it. NOTE: You need an internet connection for Quizes to open! Otherwise you can use it offline.
