Plan for 5.6.1 - release before end of august

I feel that we are ready for 5.6.1, the speed issue that we have in 5.6.0 is fixed and this is something that is bad for our users.

For 5.6.1 to be out we need to finalize the release notes.

Can you please draft a release note entry for 5.6.1 or let me know if you feel that an entry for a specific PR is not needed?

Currently cant do a release note addition myself. Maybe something about reverting the preview pipe dimension for performance.
