Color balance rgb 4 ways tab: Pick selected color from image, not just opposite

In the 4 ways tab in color balance rgb, the hue pickers select the opposite color. It could be useful to also be able to pick the actual color. As such I suggest that ctrl-click picks the selected color.

The tooltip would then be:

Pick opposite color from image
ctrl-click to pick selected color

I like this idea. The workaround is to subtract or add 180 to the hue value and type it in, but a ctrl click would be much easier.

Site note, we do usually try to get long term support on feature, so it would be nice if you could get around after this implementation to at least fixes possible issues. Doing something is nice, but we need to maintain all the code base.
