False positive for `switch_on_types`

switch_on_type falsely flags dynamic typed objects as Types:

void foo(dynamic a) {
    switch (a) {}
}

In the meantime, @Pante, you can probably get away with it by typing it as Object? instead. Since you're using it inside a switch, it has the same properties but can't be cast to Type with or without the strict-cast language rule.

No worries! It's not really breaking or anything since we only have one instance of it in our codebase. Just thought I should open an issue so that it can eventually be fixed.
