Enhancements

• check-rules: Name check rules imported from a PrometheusRule CRD as <group name> - <alert name>, matching the Dash0 Kubernetes operator and Terraform provider (#182)
  Previously the CLI named such check rules after the alert only, so the same CRD produced a different name than the operator and Terraform provider.
  This affects check-rules create, check-rules update, and apply.
  Check rule identity for upsert is the dash0.com/id / id, not the name, so for definitions that pin an identifier this is a non-destructive in-place rename surfaced as a one-line diff on the next apply.
