This release improves Cync LAN connection stability, token recovery, and how HomeKit represents accessories that stop responding.

Highlights

  • Added configurable unreachable-accessory behavior:

    • Show No Response (default)
    • Assume the accessory is off
    • Keep its last cached state

  • Added a configurable unreachable timeout, defaulting to three minutes.

  • Improved LAN mesh refreshes with response validation and alternate-controller fallback.

  • Added bounded exponential reconnect backoff and a post-login settling period.

  • Prevented interrupted refresh operations from leaking requests onto replacement TCP connections.

  • Improved recovery from rejected Cync refresh tokens by clearing invalid credentials and requesting fresh 2FA.

  • Preserved stored credentials when refresh failures appear temporary.

These changes should significantly reduce rapid TCP reconnect loops and stale HomeKit accessory states.
