• Fixed BotClient not being removed from BotClientFactory._applicationBots when removed
• If an error occurs in de.debug command generate the appropriate log and stack trace
• Log how many command were skipped due to a websocket disconnect
• Use client logger in Bot and Webhook client factories
• Update GlobalLogger when log level is changed
• Use the most verbose logging from the config for GlobalLogger
• Shut down the Global Webhook Rest Handler during server shutdown.
• Possible fix for Gateway failing to connect if the reason Gateway failed to update wasn't network related
