Address #230
Couldn't figure out how to preselect the current bed file using the complete EmbeddingAtlas component, doesn't seem like the API supports it. So, I used the EmbeddingViewMosaic component instead which doesn't include any of the table and sidebar plot interactions, but does allow for more customizability of selections, colors, and tooltips of points.
Perhaps the full EmbeddingAtlas component can be a full page view with its own route not tied to any specific bed file.
