…lta.feature.catalogManaged UC auto-populates a set of unity.catalog.managed.* properties on catalogs and schemas after create. The direct engine skips these as backend defaults by matching each key in resources.yml, but the catalog list only had 2 keys and both lists were missing delta.defaults.delta.feature.catalogManaged. Because the config declares no properties, structdiff emits a single remote-only change for the whole properties map, and the backend-default guard skips it only when every remote key matches a rule. A single unlisted key therefore surfaces the whole map as drift, schedules an empty-body UpdateCatalog/UpdateSchema PATCH, and UC rejects it with "Nothing to update". This blocks any redeploy of a bundle managing UC catalogs/schemas, most visibly on a grant-only change. Give catalogs the same full key set as schemas and add the missing delta key to both. Mirror the keys in the testserver mocks and regenerate the drift/managed_properties goldens. Co-authored-by: Isaac <isaac@example.com>
