Fixes

• Close a model's session without holding the connection manager lock, so a slow session close no longer stalls other threads' queries and can't leave a cluster idle long enough to auto-terminate mid-run (thanks @vinay-srivvina!) (#1706)
• Stop incremental runs from dropping and re-adding a foreign key whenever another schema in the same catalog has a constraint with the same name by @sd-db in #1702
• Replace a Hive metastore table with a view without renaming the table, so view models no longer fail on AWS with DELTA_ALTER_TABLE_RENAME_NOT_ALLOWED by @sd-db in #1701
• Fix unnamed primary and foreign keys churning on every incremental run, and two or more unnamed foreign keys to the same parent failing with DELTA_CONSTRAINT_ALREADY_EXISTS. An unnamed PK/FK now gets the same deterministic name on every create and incremental path (V1 and V2, including use_safer_relation_operations replaces), so the incremental constraint diff is a no-op. Unnamed keys switch from server-assigned names to dbt-generated names on their next incremental run. Re-running a model with use_safer_relation_operations no longer fails with CONSTRAINT_ALREADY_EXISTS_IN_SCHEMA on its own primary key. by @sd-db in #1561 (resolves #1091, #1333 and #1344)
• Emit constraint ALTER statements in a stable order on incremental runs instead of an order that varies between runs by @sd-db in #1698
• Stop dropping and re-adding a custom constraint that declares a primary key on every incremental run, which also dropped foreign keys that reference it by @sd-db in #1700 (resolves #1699)
• Make a replaced relation and its new type visible to the model's post-hooks and the rest of the run when a view, materialized view, streaming table, or metric view model replaces an existing relation by @sd-db in #1704

Under the Hood

• BREAKING for custom macro overrides only: Snapshots no longer call create_indexes or adapter.commit(), both no-ops on Databricks, with no behavior change otherwise. Overrides of create_indexes or get_create_index_sql are no longer called for first-run snapshots by @sd-db in #1691
• BREAKING for custom macro overrides only: Seeds no longer branch on use_materialization_v2, with no behavior change for either flag value. Overrides of the removed create_seed_v1/create_seed_v2 macros, and of create_indexes for seeds, are no longer called by @sd-db in #1690
