The memory was increased to prevent Out-of-Memory (OOM) failures in production during the difference checking stage on the large 45.3 GB MCF dataset.

Increases the VM memory resource limit from 128 GB to 256 GB for the CDC_OzoneCounty import.
This prevents Out-of-Memory (OOM) failures / exit code 50002 during the difference checking stage (which attempts to parse the massive 45.3 GB MCF dataset in memory).
