Fix GitHub updater support for the WordPress automatic updates toggle.
- Always returns release metadata after successful GitHub checks so WordPress can populate response/no_update.
- Updates updater internals to the current Dataforge guide pattern.
- Bumps plugin version to v1.12.1.
