Fixed the self-service token cap silently invalidating still-valid (unexpired) links once an order accumulated more than 10 issued tokens, contradicting the token issuer's own no-invalidation guarantee. Also fixed the self-service page's readability CSS being silently dropped on themes that don't enqueue wp-block-library.
