Fix GitHub updater support for the WordPress automatic updates toggle.

• Always returns release metadata after successful GitHub checks so WordPress can populate response/no_update.
• Updates updater internals to the current Dataforge guide pattern.
• Bumps plugin version to v1.12.1.
