colons : in enum values cause declaration errors

Just as in Matlab implementation, having colon (:) in enum values causes declaration errors, but only so when default value is given for the field.

This is solved by switching to pyparsing in 622fd56.

Let's close this issue when the decorator branch gets merged into master.
